The Prince House

Hezekiah Prince arrived in Thomaston around 1798 and built many houses in the area. Both his house and his namesake’s house still stand on Main Street, his at 29 Main and his son, Hezekiah II’s at 101 Main Street. The Paine Fernald House (no longer standing) was yet another example of the sophistication of the period.
